Frequently Asked Question
Im getting a bad password error in the sim, after I copied and pasted the correct password. Why?

There are a few reasons why you may receive this error.
- You actually entered the wrong password. If this happens, please double check the password and if you are sure you have it right go to step 2. Note: Some of the original passwords contain the characters "l" and "1" which can easily be mistaken if you manually input a password. We have stopped issuing passwords with these characters, however yours may have been one of the originals thus copying and pasting is always the best option.
- Your unique internal userid changed and is preventing you from connecting. Please go to the userforce hub and click the reset link under the password box. Wait about 5 minutes and try again. If you are still having issues go to step 3.
- Your password was not added to our internal server password database. Please open a ticket and a staff member will look into the issue as soon as possible. This could also be the case if you have never logged in to any of our servers before.
We recommend you log into the Southern CA server first before logging in to any other servers as this server contains the master password database.
