We have provided a list of the most frequently asked questions in our knowlege base. These frequenly asked questions should be able to guide you to the right place if you have a question that is freqently asked. For those questions that aren't so freqently asked please open a ticket.
If you choose to open a ticket each and every ticket request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
